SHIPPING POLICY
We ship both within Turkey and internationally.
All orders are prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Domestic deliveries are made through reliable courier services. For international orders, delivery times vary depending on the destination. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on destination and order weight. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your jewelry — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
Customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable.
To start a return, please email mervlystudio@gmail.com with your order number and reason. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.
