  • When will my order be shipped?
    Each piece is made to order and carefully prepared within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Can I return or exchange my item?
    You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please note that custom and personalized items, as well as earrings, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

    We recommend storing your jewelry in its original box, avoiding direct contact with chemicals or perfumes, and gently polishing with a soft cloth to maintain its shine.
